The American Legion Family has many ways for people to volunteer.

Thomas Carman Food Pantry - Join the American Legion Auxiliary the 3rd Saturday of each month at the Thomas Carman Food Pantry in Marina.  Volunteers arrive at approximately 8:30am to begin setting up.  This includes bagging donated vegetables and fruits in to individual grocery bags, seperating eggs into half dozen containers, and other general morning setup tasks.  Then from 9AM to 11AM the pantry serves community members.  At the conclusion, minor cleaning up is done.  Volunteers are needed to help check-in community members and to help dispense food items the patrons.  For more information, please contact Sandy Rodrigues.  Or, you may show up at the pantry to lend a helping hand.
